Ashraya Balikasadanam is a charitable residential care home located at Payyampally, near Mananthavady in Wayanad (KL-14-0015526)Established under the leadership of Disha Educational and Charitable Foundation, the institution provides complete care, education, protection, and emotional support for poor, Dropouts, Backward and vulnerable girl children.

Many children in the tribal villages of Wayanad face poverty, educational barriers, family difficulties, and social exclusion. Our home was created to ensure that these children receive the love, care, and opportunities every child deserves.

Today, Ashraya is more than a shelter—it is a family where children can heal, learn, grow, and dream.

Ashraya Dress Bank & Swapping Centre

Thousands of families in remote tribal villages struggle to afford basic clothing.The Ashraya Dress Bank collects gently used clothes from generous donors and redistributes them with dignity to those in need.

Ayurvanam is our environmental conservation initiative dedicated to preserving endangered medicinal plants and restoring ecological balance.

✔ Promote environmental awareness

✔ Encourage community participation

More than 30 endangered medicinal plant species are being cultivated under this initiative.
